Before founding Moon Consulting, Kasy held senior technology leadership roles at some of the most prominent names in the industry. As Applications Manager at Silverstein Properties, he directed a team of senior analysts and managed the enterprise technology portfolio for one of New York City's most iconic real estate firms — architecting Salesforce customizations that increased lead conversion by 35%, building API ecosystems connecting MRI, Salesforce, OnSite, and other critical platforms, and leading the development of a native iOS/Android tenant application. He also collaborated with HR and Accounting to automate a payroll allocation process that had been consuming 160 hours of manual labor every month.

 Prior to that, as Director of Application Development at AIG Global Real Estate, Kasy directed application development strategy for an international portfolio valued at over $25 billion — coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, business operations, and vendor resources, and building the Global Portfolio Management Database that supported worldwide asset management operations.

 Earlier in his career, Kasy served as Corporate Controller at LHLM Group Corp and Multi-Unit Controller at Forest City Ratner Companies, where he managed month-end close processes, financial reporting, and accounting operations across multiple entities — experience that gives him an unusually deep understanding of the financial and operational realities his clients face every day.
